Final Presentation
The precinct is located at the western end of Tehran's west, where it traverses 15 hectares of under-utilised land between the Intersection of Satari Highway and Tehran-Karaj Highway. At the heart of this site, is Eram Sabz Station – Tehran’s busiest interchange. The project is Tehran's largest urban infill development plan, to become a vibrant and exciting place that integrates a world-class transportation interchange with an innovative business hub, research and residential, as well as high-quality public and green spaces. It has been designated as a State Significant Precinct because of its potential to boost investment and create new employment (SSP) and through an intelligent and systematic approach, encourage smart and futuristic investors to partner. The project's vast scale and ideal location provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a large-scale mixed-use complex on Tehran's western edges, with two prominent characters: - Passengers may access the full metro network because of its placement at the intersection of two major metro lines, 4 and 5. - Private car owners have access to the entire highway network in greater Tehran due to its location at the crossroads of two major highways.
