The precinct's master plan, which is linked to Memorial Drive, Magazine Street, and Pleasant Street through a short street link. takes on an aspirational and holistic vision for a vibrant and dynamic place that will serve as a new heart for this community while addressing the needs of a dynamically growing community The SIX GOALS of effective urban design are well established. They exist to remind us of the aspects we need to consider while making better communities. There is a strong connection between the objectives, which are mutually reinforcing. The following objectives and goals would contribute to enhancing the perception of the Memorial Drive Complex in Cambridge's South area. Main Six Goals: 1. Livability 2. Diversity 3. Identity 4. Sustainability 5.Connectivity 6. Legibility

As the principal designer, I was involved in site analysis, concept design, master plan and structure plan, 3D modelling, and final presentation visualisation.

The preferred urban character of the site
The local educational activities and areas have a strong impact on the character of this place.
A large idle site has been designed for a mix of uses and events with considered and creative design response and making a significant contribution to the public domain and pedestrian environment (eco-friendly and people-friendly) with indirect access from the adjacent road to all enclosed buildings and particular attention and bike and bike paths to improve the site's liveability.
Meanwhile, one of the main objectives of this concept is to integrate urban spaces with a riverfront park designed with a linear idea to include such diverse scenery and green areas.
