Each neighbourhood will have the following features: - walkable - a variety of housing types, - pedestrian-friendly roads - community open spaces - easy access to communal centres. The neighbourhood centres will be attractive and easily accessible to suit the community's social and economic requirements. All Centres will provide specialised services and retail functions: - Produce and support local businesses - Employment - Serve as a focal point for community life The centres will focus on community facilities and public gathering places. The Common areas have an extensive recreation circuit of linear parkways and wetlands with recreation spaces, walking and cycling pathways.
