Final Presentation
The project location is located on the southern borders of Baharestan's Newtown, in a park with a natural environment at the foot of Lashotar Mountain and along the green plain of Zayandehrud. The project scope is around 170 hectares, and the following elements impacted the design of this urban park: 1. Green infrastructure: infrastructure developed with the goal of recycling, improving the environment, and preserving a liveable ecosystem. 2. Green space network design's function: project concept with the aim of implementing an identity for a large-scale urban park. 3. Development and use of innovative approaches to urban park design: - The impact of patterns: Using patterns that are consistent with the natural ecology of the mountain range, as well as diverse and stable materials. - Minimalism: A proper and uncomplicated human-nature interaction. - Post-industrial: Using the park's land plan to minimise future environmental degradation. - Ecology: Recycled materials are used in the park's environment. - Modern gardens: Emphasis is placed on the significance of colour and its impacts on water, plants, and materials. - Identity: Creating a distinct identity based on pattern and attention to the region's natural surroundings.
