My clients have recently purchased a plot of property. They have approached you to design a single level, three-bedroom residence with a study for their family since they do not want to build a typical project home. They have an 11-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son, as well as a $600,000 budget for the construction. With this budget, they will be able to build a home no larger than 180m2 (including garages). It would rather focus on a well-designed house that takes advantage of their climate and site while also meeting the demands of their family. They are uninterested in media rooms and parent’s retreats. For thermal advantage in Sydney's climate, they picked reverse brick veneer.
